pcToys™ offers a 30 day return policy to all our mail-order customers. Some
limitations and restrictions apply. If you need to return a product that isn't
what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly,
our returns specialist will be happy to assist you with a replacement. A 15%
restocking fee may apply for items returned for cash refund. Please see the
Merchandise Returns section for details regarding how to return product.

Credit Cards:
pcToys, Inc. accepts the following credit cards online: Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. All Credit Cards orders are verified for fraud. Delivery to
an address different from the Card holder's billing address must be approved in
advance and might cause delay or cancellation of the shipment.
International or Non-US bank issued Credit cards will be accepted at our
discretion.
All International purchase amounts over $250.00US (except verifiable Canadian)
require prepayment by cashier’s check or money order or wire transfer delivered
to our office. Transfer Fees apply.
There are no surcharges for the use of credit cards.
Pay Pal: We do accept PayPal at our discretion. Unverified or
Unconfirmed payments are subject to additional requirements and may be canceled
if additional information is not available.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and are checked frequently Monday -
Friday. Priority orders placed by 12PM PST are usually filled the same day. Some
items may contain language with additional processing times. You will be
contacted for items which are not in stock. To ensure fast, economical, and
reliable delivery of your orders, Pctoys, Inc. utilizes Track able shippers.
All Deliveries are Considered Delivered upon our release to the Shipping Agent.
We do not guarantee the delivery it is at the risk of the Customer.
All orders shipped UPS ground maybe shipped by other ground shipping methods at
our option. If you have a shipper preference please send a comment with your
order and we will try to accommodate.
Subject to approval, we accept International Credit Card orders for purchase
amounts up to $250.00US. We also require a faxed or e-mailed legible copy of the
front and back of your Credit Card and a copy of a Government issued pictured
identification showing your current (matching) billing address.
These requirements are for the protection of our customers.
If you are unable to supply these items we will also accept a cashier’s check,
money order or wire transfer delivered to our office address below. Bank Fees
and transfer chargers apply.
International rates do not include customs clearance, Brokerage charges, duties
and taxes.
You will need to check with-in your Country to find out if any of
these fees will be applied to your package and what the charges will be. You
will be responsible for paying them if applicable. Delivery times can be delayed
if your order is stopped in "Customs" and/or subject to additional fees.Freight
Charges (Domestic)
Unless otherwise agreed to prior to shipment: All orders will be shipped via
trackable shippment to any address within the continental US. This is usually
the most economical way. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs, and
FPOs may ship via US Priority Mail upon request. Please email us for the rates.
Unless previously approved by pcToys.com, Inc., we will only ship to the
verified billing address for your credit card.
Tracking #:
If you selected to have you order shipped , a tracking number will be sent to
you via email by our email system. When selecting 2nd day, 3rd day or Overnight,
all orders must be placed by 12:00 noon PST. If placed after 12:00 noon PST,
then your order will be shipped the following business day. Saturday delivery
is only accepted by special request there will be an additional surcharge.

Note: Tracking numbers will be sent you through an Auto-mailer. Make sure the
email you submit on your order is the email address you want to receive your
tracking number at.
Freight Charges (International)
International customers will receive an order confirmation after submitting
their order. This confirmation will contain a list of available shipping
methods and prices. We will not ship until we receive a reply confirming the
items order and the preferred shipping method.
If your country is not listed on our approved shipping list please email your
request to add and we will review the status and act accordingly. DO NOT USE A
SUBSTITUTE COUNTRY FOR SHIPMENT.

Once your order has been accepted online we do our best to ship your order As
soon as possible. In the event a change or addition is necessary

schedules changes may not be possible and shipping/handling fees may apply.
Before returning any product, you must fill out
RMA form and include an RMA # with your return. The RMA Form is located at
www.pcToys.com/rma.html. No returns, of any type, will be accepted
without this form completely filled out and the returned item accompanied by
your RMA #. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the original ship
date.

pcToys.com, Inc. may authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the
invoice date; however these returns will be for credit issued toward future
purchases only. Shipping and order processing charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and
no COD returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
In the event items are to be returned at our expense, only USPS priority mail,
UPS Ground or the equivalent will be authorized. Customer will bear all extra
charges for shipping methods other than USPS priority mail or UPS. All
International shipments are delivered at the customers risk of delivery.

IMPORTANT: All items returned MUST be in re-saleable condition to
receive a refund. All items also must include all applicable hardware and parts
that shipped with the product. If the items purchased are not in like-new
condition, the item will be shipped back to the purchaser and refund will not be
issued. Items sent to us damaged, dirty, missing parts (screws missing, missing
original packing, lost parts) will be returned at the customers expense.
Partial refunds and credit will not be given under any circumstances.
Hardware sent back to pcToys which claims to be defective will be tested and
verified before a refund is given. If the unit is not defective, it will be sent
back at the customer’s expense.
International returns and exchanges to and from the customer’s country are paid
by that customer. Charges are not paid by pcToys.com, Inc.
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to
errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical
errors.
Due to Manufacture design changes and upgrades, actual Products may vary from
pictures and diagrams shown on the web site. We reserve the right to substitute
products of similar quality and use without notice.
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the
seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are
paid for by the purchaser in full at which time title passes to the purchaser.
If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export,
purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation
before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturer's warranties
for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. Any and all liability is
valid only up to the value of the goods purchased

SHORTAGES:
All shortages must be reported within 3 days. We will not accept responsibility
after that time.
DAMAGES:
If the package is damaged or opened, contact the carrier (package carrier or
truck Line) Immediately. We can not replace damaged merchandise unless a claim
has been filed.
BACK ORDERS:
Check your invoice for items not included here, due to being out of stock at the
time you placed your order. Back Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 days.
